Iriele is a birth doula and owner of Birthing And Beginnings, LLC. Her dream/goal is to provide a safe, memorable and 100% judgement free experience for a mother during deliveries and comfort after birth. She believes that going through child birth is one of the most unforgettable times in a woman’s life. She wants to help make every family's experience exactly what they’ve imagined and more.

I am a newly appointed doula, excited to support mothers through their pregnancy and childbirth journey. I'm also a mental health provider with a Master's degree in Social Work. I look forward to working with pregnant women in the surrounding areas to provide emotional and physical support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period.

Sparkle is a Doula, Lactation Counselor and Yoga Instructor. She is a dedicated doula providing holistic support for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. As a certified lactation counselor and yoga instructor, she integrates aromatherapy, sound therapy, and touch therapy to create a nurturing experience for families. Passionate about advocacy, she also works with children with special needs and hosts SisStar Cipher on Reality Speaks TV, fostering conversations on wellness and empowerment.

Shy is a Full Spectrum Doula who brings an energetic vibe, a holistic touch, water therapy sessions, and photography services that’ll have you feeling like a majestic mermaid and looking like a goddess during labor. Shy is here to make sure every mama (and baby) comes out on top with smiles, peace and powerful birth stories to tell—plus gorgeous pictures to prove it!

Stephanie is a Birth Doula and social advocate within the local community of Utica, NY. She is passionate about women and childhood development. She goes the way to make sure you are supported in every way during your pregnancy whether you need rides to your appointments or help with running errands; she makes you feel like you have a sister in your corner!

Tiffany is a mother and woman of God. She believes that though, childbirth may be difficult, there is a companion of ease that surely comes at the end of labor. Tiffany has been graced with the ability to help mothers become more knowledgable, comfortable and secure with this aspect along the journey of ones life.

Tracy is a passionate birth doula who enjoys enlightening her community and those around her about health and wellness through an holistic approach. She has an amazing gift in supporting other women and recently found her niche in helping mothers and babies to achieve safe deliveries. When she's not working, Tracy loves her plants, gardening, educating herself on homeopathic remedies and spending time with family & friends.

Desrey is a loving and devoted mother of twin boys! She is a Birth Doula and provides nutritious meals for her clients. Having experienced cesarean delivery with her twins, and overcome a tempestuous postpartum period, she understands the need for having emotional and practical support after giving birth.

LaYonda, is a supportive mother and dedicated doula who is passionate about empowering women on their unique birth journey. She strongly believes in the power of informed choices, nurturing support and strives to create a safe and positive environment for every birthing experience. She holds a degree in Education and has a background in medical services in the Army Reserve.
